Lindsey Narloch has performed data management for EMS and Trauma for more than seven years in North Dakota. She oversees the EMS, trauma, and license databases. Having acted as interim trauma coordinator and interim EMSC grant manager gives her a broad perspective of state EMS activities.
Narloch is not only active in her division, but for the ND Department of Health. She was appointed to the Quality Improvement Council which is tasked with promoting quality improvement methods and tools to increase the effectiveness of processes, programs and services while the department prepares for accreditation.
Narloch is very active with the National Association of State EMS Officials as chair-elect of the Data Manager’s council and previously as secretary. In 2012, she received the Emergency Medical Services for Children Recognition Award.
Narloch is a nationally registered EMT. She has a Master of Science in Emergency Management as well as a graduate certificate in Performance Improvement. She is also a graduate of the EMS Leadership Academy.
