Todd Hatley is the CEO of Integral Performance Solutions and is an experienced Six Sigma Instructor who has taught Six Sigma workshops throughout both the United States and Canada. He also serves as an Adjunct Graduate Faculty at Western Carolina University and is a part-time Six Sigma Instructor for North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
Hatley’s formal education includes, an Associate degree in EMS, Bachelors degree in Business Administration and dual Masters Degrees in both Business and Healthcare Administration. He is currently working to complete a Doctorate.
Hatley’s background includes, COO of HealthAnalytics, a health care consulting firm, Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill, and Executive Director of the North Carolina PreMIS. He has also held other EMS clinical, educational and administrative positions.
Hatley has been involved in numerous professional organizations including being the Past President of the NEMSMA, Past President of the NCAP and a Faculty Member for the NHTSA’s Quality Management Initiative. In addition, he was a member of the NEMSIS Taskforce. He has written various articles on process improvement and also was contributing author to the second edition of, “Improving Quality in EMS.”
